@EA_HighCommand don't edit me. All I did was call you a liar. Which you are. Look at the time stamps. We're you looking at the correct Grand Arena? Because you drug your feet so long on this issue, another GA came and went.
This issue is not resolved. Never will be. I will continue to reopen it until you cave.

HighCommand didn’t edit your post, it was done by a forum admin named EA_Barry. You can tell because it says so in your post. Using this forum means you agree to abide by the forum rules, which include being polite and respectful (and thus not calling people names). The unfortunate reality is that according to their logs, you lost. No amount of your opening new posts or tickets will change reality. Just because you have spent money in the past, does not mean QA support will turn a loss into a win for you.

What I saw was a player who violated forum rules and threatened to continue doing so ad nauseum until they get what they want. I assume that this player doesn’t understand the rules. Surely a player like this would benefit from additional information, because I will assume positive intent and believe those statements were made out of ignorance and not maliciousness. Perhaps this player doesn’t understand that forum infractions will escalate, perhaps to the point of being banned.
The more time HighCommand spends responding to posts like this, the less time they spend actually investigating game bugs or helping players who were negatively impacted by a bug. According to the logs, you weren’t negatively impacted. You got the rewards you should have received. It *is* case closed. Sorry you don’t like that, but the nature of life is that sometimes things happen that we don’t like.
