Grand arena rewards

What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? iPad

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I received the rewards for Chromium but I was in Aurodium 1 the entire season. I should have received the Aurodium end of season rewards, but did not. I’ve attached screen shots to show I was even promoted to Kyber 3.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

My rewards were incorrect. EA says they can’t help with the incorrect rewards.

    Same here. Aurodium I the entire cycle, moving to Kyber IV next one, received Chromium rewards.

    Looking forward to the “further investigation” after Kyber customers receive Carbonite rewards  this GA.

    This isn’t even showing on the Developer tracker? So I’m assuming we are just not going to correct it?
