Guys on Bluestacks, try the following:

Performance

Set your framerate to 30 fps but also enable v-sync.  

Graphics

Performance (Legacy Mode)

OpenGL renderer

These are my settings - I think the v-sync helps out a lot.  I left my game idling overnight while I slept and woke up to find that it hadn't frozen.  Additional, I did this on Bluestacks 5.3.145.1003 N64.

@GaleSWGOH Tried this and seems more stable. Sad day when we need to find our own tweaks. The stability may not last but i applaud the help.
