Guild activity rewards missing

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug For the past two days, I don't think I've received my guild activity rewards at guild refresh. Yesterday I wasn't sure if I accidentally clicked on them without remembering, but today I waited for it and checked and I didn't receive it. Could somebody check what happened?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

Hi @nqbb2zirvtic and thank you for the report.

We've checked your account and according to our logs, you received the guild payout on January 11th, 12th, 13th, and 15th. The guild task on the 14th of January was light side battles, so maybe you've missed those. We also couldn't find any hard-node battles for the guild challenge on the 16th, which is the reason why you did not get any reward on that day from the guild challenge. I hope this helps.

@nqbb2zirvtic Did you contribute to the guild activity? For example, if the activity is to spend energy in Hard Nodes, and you spent 0 energy in Hard Nodes, you would not receive a payout.

@GladOS-013 Yeah I do all permutations of those activities every day anyway.

some of my guildmates Guild Tokens were delayed, but I didn't receive them after refresh at all

@Pan2218 Which guild activity was it? The light side energy, or the “all energy”?

For daily 600 & guild reset. I didn't receive any guild tokens & I know that I had my 600 or more in. Other guildmates were late receiving theirs, but mine simply never showed.
