Summarize your bug Guild Chat button is missing. Unable to read Guild chat in-game. The last update killed it. As the Guild Leader, this isn't good and needs to be resolved.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm guessing this has to do with the Age Restriction fix you put into the last update. I had an account that was incorrectly restricted. I went through the process of correcting this and it didn't resolve the issue.

I've gone through 2 support calls, 1 email support and 1 chat support. I went through the new process for correcting the age restriction and it didn't resolve it. This issue occurred after the last update. I have 2 iPhones to test with. I did a complete reset and erase of the iPhone 7 and went through the steps of turning off Game Center, starting a new game and setting the age correctly and even this trick didn't resolve it. I also, on both phones, deleted the app, cleared the cache in Safari, tested different internet connections and nothing worked. I also had an officer in my guild create another chat channel and that didn't help either. My age is set correctly with EA and I went through the process of verifying my age with EA. This didn't work either. Something in the last update triggered this. I see that other users are also reporting this with both Google Play and Game Center. I'm hoping you guys can resolve this soon.
