Guildmate having a variety of issues - LSB and Webstore

I have a guildmate, ally code 963-195-628, who's reported that they've not recieved 2 LSB they purchased and that they've been unable to access the webstore, figured I'd mention it here on the off chance it can help and they havent tried here.
