Gungans lightspeed token purchased and not received (webstore)

Today, Thursday, January 8th I purchased a gungans lightspeed token on the webstore and it has not been delivered. I have refreshed both the webstore, where it is no longer available, and the game, multiple times. The charge is both on my PayPal and bank statement. What do I need to do? The in game support was no help.
