unable to claim free rewards
I have tier 3 and 4 of some ascension packs where I get free rewards. When I try and claim them my screen just gets stuck on a loading screen. EA please fix!

Yeah,me neither. Why can't we take those rewards? I experienced this today and since i started the game. Please Cg,fix this.
