Hi, thanks for the report!
Please reach out to SWGOH Customer Support and let them know that you had an accidental raid cancellation. Have all your information (ally code, guild, date/time of the raid launch, etc). In some situations they can verify the info and then reimburse your guild the amount of lost guild tokens.
Be aware that since Bluestacks isn't an officially supported software, it *could* have contributed to the issue.

This issue requires contact with the team at Capitol Games and there appears to be no method to contact them directly. I was directed back to this forum to make my report here and just wait to see if I get a response...
