Had an error trying to purchase Leviathan packs, now they have disappeared.

I was trying to buy both the Leviathan packs on the webstore and both times they had an error when trying to purchase. Then I went off the payment screen and they have disappeared from my store like I bought them... but didn't take my money or give me the rewards.

Anyone able to help? I would really like the purchase those packs so hopefully someone can get them back in my store for me.
