    We have been able to reproduce this and have now flagged it as a bug.

This should be an easy fix.  This is a direct result of the overflow turn meter mechanic you added.  Just bump Hans turn meter gain to above 9000.  Then Han will always go first and Vegeta will cry a little bit inside.

Still an issue a month later though.

    @Sellago It shouldn't be an overflow issue since Han gets a bonus turn, and those take priority over tm-based turns.
