Haven't received Journey Guide titles or rewards

I have had this problem since unlocking JML last month and it's also affected the omicron reward for completing JKCK's or Aphra's requirements and now most recently Executor. 

I also have an issue where the crystal pack for additional Executor shards is not appearing in my shop. I suspect this issue is related to the Journey Guide titles and rewards not unlocking as the game is checking if the requirements have been completed based on the title or omicron rewards being claimed on my account.

To clarify I have all requirements completed for JML, JKCK, Aphra and Executor but have not received the rewards associated. My Executor is currently sitting at 50/100 shards for 7 stars with no way to buy the remaining shards with crystals at this time.
