Hello,
today I tried to buy the Kyrotech Salvage II bundle twice on the PC client.
I entered my payment information and clicked buy. Each time I did so, I was informed that an error had occurred and that the client needed to be restarted. However, after the game was reloaded, I did not receive the goods.
However, as I was able to see in my email folder, the full price of €7.99 (i.e. €15.98 in total) was deducted both times.
I would therefore ask you to check my case.
