Haven't received purchase (Kyrotech Salvage Bundle II) on PC Client

Hello,

today I tried to buy the Kyrotech Salvage II bundle twice on the PC client.

I entered my payment information and clicked buy. Each time I did so, I was informed that an error had occurred and that the client needed to be restarted. However, after the game was reloaded, I did not receive the goods.
However, as I was able to see in my email folder, the full price of €7.99 (i.e. €15.98 in total) was deducted both times.
I would therefore ask you to check my case.

    Summarize your bug I've bought new Kyrotech bundle on PC and got an error message. Was charged, but got no Kyrotechs.

  • i purchased 2 of the new kyrotech bundles, i have 2 distinct order numbers, after telling normal support i have only recieved 1 of my purchased items, it has been over 48 hours now and they have not given the 2nd bundle i paid real money for, even when i followed up, and the support message i received in the interim was

    which doesnt even tell me anything about restoring the purchase, the button doesnt exist on pc client which is where the purchase was made, and doing it on my phone did nothing

    for reference the pc client crashed after both purchases of the items, with the restart button showing up, this happens frequently with the pc client since public release, especially in grand arena. i have provided proof of purchase now twice. and still have not received the items
