Haven't received purchase

Hi! I bought KAM Lightspeed pack in the SWGOH (directly in the game) last Monday but I haven't received it in the game (please see screenshot). Since than I have been trying to reach out to EA help (in the game) to somehow fix this issue. Someone from help team was  trying to convince me that I received that pack, someone didn't understand the issue I have. The last person I have spoken with said that it account age problem but this purchase is not the first. 

Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi. You're my only hope.
