Haven't received title(s) for GL req. completion

Hello,

I recently purchased the Lightspeed Bundle for Jedi Master Luke Skywalker, and while I successfully received all the characters at the advertised levels, I have not received the titles awarded for the completion of certain requirements (Recluse and Sage). It says that they are complete, yet there is no check mark on the title icon. I have attached screenshots below:
