Having difficulty connecting to EA connect on IOS

Is anyone else having difficulty connecting their EA connect in-game? I accidentally unlinked it, and when I tried to reconnect, I kept getting an error screen after putting in the verification code. Because of this, I can't log in to the PC client anymore, or access the webstore.
