Hello EA Gunner

I have similar problem. Can't start any of the journey guide battles. And I get a tutorial message "Ships are unlocked by collecting blueprints" at every login.

The message I can live with, but no journey guide characters... Yikes.

Bought the HBD bundle this november.

Ally code 416-293-364 (AdmiralRaddus - different gmail than this EA profile)

    Hey @EA_Gunner,

    I seem to have the same problem. I can't start any battles in journey guides. 

    I have the latest updates and can access them on a different account on my devices.

    My Ally Code is 454-842-539.
