Help me transfer from android to ios

I need help. Iphone 13 will not allow me to turn on tracking for swgoh so I cannot transfer my account. I've spent 4 years and more money than I care to admit. Can you do anything to help me?

    iOS did an update 2 days ago and I was able to transfer. Thank you
