I have opened numerous (seriously) tickets on EA Help trying to report repeated Squad and Ship Arena and TB crashed and freezes and requesting comment and compensation for both having to spend crystals to refresh due to this as well as guild activity affected due to battles locking up during crucial Territory Battle and War activity, directly impacting guild progress. I have lost both crucial meta teams and B teams do to this.
Every single ticket I have opened over the last week has been summarily closed nearly immediately; no reply given at all and no compensation crystals dropped in my account despite ally code shared as well as screenshots and video of the incident freely given.
What is going on over there? Does anyone actually give a good ***n about this and how it affects players? I have spent way too much with y'all to be treated this lousily. Do I only get consideration if I'm special enough to share a Discord server with a developer?

1. If you are experiencing the disappearing ability icons bug, it is posted as a known issue that the studio is working on at the moment: https://trello.com/b/vgQhKHMf/swgoh-developer-tracker. Please keep an eye out on the developer tracker for updates on it.
2. If you are looking for compensation we don't provide it on the forum. Sorry for that, but this is simply not the purpose of this forum.
Closing this thread and if you encounter any new issues/bugs in the game please feel free to create a new one and we will investigate further.
