Help with a refund of a accidental purchase

Hi there just about 1 hour ago I made accidental purchase of the pack showed on the attached image when the phone was on my pocket ans I have already lost 1 hour of my life arguing with EA help that once again prove themselves useless aside from bouncing you from one place to 

I was counting on thoses cristals for the triple drop  event and even further down the line from conquest pg and a 7 stars proff
