Help with Solo Journey Shards Missing

Hello! I have completed the Darth Revan Scourge of the Old Republic Journey, but have not been rewarded the last 65 shards to unlock the character. A similar issue is happening with Rey (Jedi Training) Hero's Journey with 50 shards. Any help with this would be most excellent. Thank you.
