home one 6 star challange rewards not recieved
about 3-4 months ago i completed the 6 star challange for home on in the fleet challenge menu. my game crashed when i finished it. When i reloaded the game the fleet challenge is missing and i never recieved my rewards. I am basicly stuck with a 5 star home one with no way to get it to 6 stars. I tried EA help but they countn't do anything to help me. I tried deleting the game and re downloading it and that did not help. I dont know what else to do. I play on IOS and PC. but this happened on IOS.
