Summarize your bug Since April experienced multiple crashes daily. Got into a rhythm of uninstalling and reinstalling each day and before TW (crashes seem to happen only once whole 600MB+ is downloaded). As of today, I can't get past loading screen - followed all the info (clear cache, restarted phone, uninstall/reinstall 10+ times). Point of interest: I can get into a new account, it's only once I reconnect to my google play account that I get stuck consistently. This has taken an insane amount of time and data for 2 months now and is shocking for a billion dollar game. Advice I was given was to use another device which would probably get you perma-banned for account sharing...
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use a phone with snapdragon processor to access the game and sign into your main account. If successful, attempt to play 48hrs later for a while.
