Honor 90 still get frozen and nobady do anything

@EA_Gunner Hey! I want to get an answer from a human being, not from a bot! What is actually happening with this issue, what cause the problem? Why we have to wait 4 months already for you to fix it? Why when the problem is bad for you, the problem is fixed immediately,but when the problem is for the players(your money makers) it can be ignored for MONTHS?!?!?!?!?!?! I have spend money for the game and now I'm not able to play it simply because you don't care! I was planning to spend more money in game but unfortunately i can't log in, isn't that bad for you either????
