Hounds Tooth not regaining taunt

Summarize your bug In the challenge to earn Finalizer rewards, Hounds Tooth no longer reapplies Taunt after losing it when enemies have breach applied
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do the challenge for Finalizer blue prints. Start match with Hounds Tooth, XB, and Slave 1. Apply breach to one or more enemies. During the match, there will be a point where buffs get cleansed. At that point, Hounds Tooth used to reapply Taunt to himself if he already had it. That is no longer happening. This made the battle much harder than it has been in the past.

Attaching a file from just before and just after the cleanse from enemy attacks. Maybe there's a reason for it due to the debuffs that are currently on Hounds Tooth when this happens. But it seems as if something has changed. I have never encountered so much trouble keeping allies alive during that battle in the past.
