Hounds Tooth stayed visually after dying. The enemies didn't target it, although it showing taunt and it didn't take Turns so the battle wasn't changed.

Since the battle finished normally it looks like a visual issue. We have a look at our internal logs to see if anything comes up.
I'd like to add that I believe it's not only a visual issue. When this bug happens for me it seems to not set off on death effects as Anakin's Starfighter doesn't gain a bonus turn on the death of the Hound's Tooth if this happens. Also from what I can tell it's most common when facing Malevolence fleets though haven't kept exact data.
