How has a multi billion dollar company not fixed this

Its been 2 weeks and the error 155 code still hasn't been fixed. This is getting ridiculous. Do they not care about their product? Do they not care about their consumers? I've tried every fix under the sun and still nothing. If ANY other game would have a problem for this long there would be outrage and we would get compensation but I know that CG is going to cook up the same special. RADIO SILENCE! Absolutely despicable from these bone heads.
