How to contact support ? i gonna crazy

Dear all&nbsp;I am trying to contact support to help me. to do this i use the " help" button from the gamethen i am redirected to EA website support where i choose " chat support" i explain my issue to the support guy, and EATCH time the reply is " please contact us from the game via the HELP buttonThis is EXACTLY what i am doing ... i have created more than 10 tickets for the same topic and this goes to a infernal loopi am about to be crazy with that&nbsp;what am i doing wrong ?

Unfortunately the thing you’re doing wrong is contacting support. &nbsp;It’s my longstanding opinion based on multiple interactions that the sole purpose of “support” is to frustrate you into giving up. &nbsp;My advice is to &nbsp;post your issue on the forums and hope someone can help you.
