hunker down not counting

have been stuck at 4 of 5 hunker down at 140 shards , have done 10+ battles using capt han solo and using hunker down in each battle but its no counting.

I assume it has to be Snowtrooper Commander's Hunker Down ability for it to work
although just saying but all the previous character quests have them using their own abilities so I don't know why you assumed that using Captain Han Solo would work
Play your Snowtrooper commander quests manually. I imagine CG forgot to tell us it has to be Snowtrooper commander’s Hunker Down you need to use.
