i bought a lightspeed bundle but i didnt get it

i bought about 15 min ago the light speed bundle rey but i didnt get it i got proof of purchase in email that i bought the lightspeed bundle rey how can i fix this?   my ally code is 525-148-391

still no rey bundle i also try restore purchase but nothing can somone please help
