I bought the JMLS bundle but I didn't receive it

I bought the JMLS bundle but I didn't receive it. I made the purchase two days ago. I received a purchase confirmation via email, which included the order number, my email, and the amount.

As you can see in the attachment, I did not receive this bundle, it is still visible in my store. After clicking on it, a message appears that the purchase is in progress.

I contacted support, but they told me to wait. I've never waited so long and there's never been a problem. In the meantime, I bought a bundle for Han Solo and R2D2 and got it right away.

What's up with JMLS?
