I bought the RC-1262 "Scorch" Bundle 2 and only got Kristalls

I bought the Bundle in the Web-Store and when I loaded the game, i only got cristalls. I even repaired the game but i still didn´t get the items from the Bundle i bought. Pls help.

    I have the same problem i bought the bb bundle in webstore and i got only diamonds
