I purchased both Scorch pack and was charged three times for each, which I clearly explained to EA Help. After a week of waiting, checking for updates, being told 'I can see you've been charged multiple times...', and 'we are receiving the similar contacts from some customers', this is the final 'help' that I got.

Me too. I bought Scorch bundle II and III at 21 May. Then EA charged two times more "for each bundle" at 26 May.
I asked for refund but they refused since there is no purchase records on 26 May. Goddammit.

You are not alone. I too was charged three times. Second and third one was charged five days after the original purchase.

I have had the exact same issue. very worrying as trying to contact EA Help is utterly useless.

Same with me, charged three times, support just closes the chat every time I address the issue.
