I can't access to my account after rejecting a guild invitation

Summarize your bug I received an invitation from the guild to which I had already joined and I rejected it. My game crashed and I can not login. For the game I am in a guild but I do not appear in the list of guild members.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1.-Enter a new guild but at the same time receive an invitation to enter 2.-Reject the invitation once you are inside the guild

Recently I changed guild. When I wanted to participate in AAT my damage was not recorded. In my inbox I had a guild invitation but it was the guild I had already joined, so I rejected it. After that, my game showed an error and did not allow me to re-enter. In the lists of my allies it appears that I am in a guild but I do not appear in the list of members of that guild.
