Problems with LSB – has anyone solved this?
From what I see on the forum, many people who purchased the Light Speed Bundles did not receive the characters, and only got some crystals on their account.Victims! Please share any positive experience if you managed to get your purchase back after contacting support.
Where did you write, what did you write, who did you contact, what steps did you take?I have written multiple times both here on the forum, in support through the mobile version of the game, and through the PC version.I received different responses:
- “Try following the instructions… press the Restore Purchases button…”
- “You received crystals, we can see that they were credited. What else do you want? Goodbye!”
- “Send screenshots of the payment and your email, and wait. Wait, wait…”
As a result, it is now the 5th day since the payment, but the characters still have not appeared on my account. Maybe someone was more lucky — please share your story. Many people would be interested, and maybe your experience will help other users get what they rightfully paid for.
