I can't buy anything for UAH in webstore

@EA_GunnerBut I have a question: why when I enter my card and submits without checking 'save payment method for future buys' checkbox, I get notification from bank about saving my card data, most strange - 'in mobile app' and 'now you can pay contactless with this card'. It a little scares me because this kind of notification I get when add card to Google Pay account, do you save my card data in some way without my aware? With such notifications after payment, I'm scared if my card data can be compromised, like my money is under risk, so I disabled my card until I know what is happening

UPD: same notification I get when save card info in Steam, so probably it is not about 'mobile app' and 'contactless payments', but still, I got this notification after I intentionally saved my card in Steam payment methods, why do I get this notification after I just buy something in your web shop without checking box for saving payment method?
