I can't play the game anymore only on wifi.

Since a pretty big while it is not possible for me anymore to play the game if i am not connected to wifi.

I have read many topics about it, but none help. 

I checked the setting for my phone if it allows to run heroes through mobile network. But that is correct.

Further i have checked the connection itself and it is working correctly. Other games are no issue i only seem to have this issue on Heroes.

Is there a setting in game or maybe on account level?

Please help..
