I found Appo’s issue

Appo doesn’t grant stacks of nightfall, or give dramatic entrance with his Lord Vader Darkside clone team. I found out who’s causing the issue. Scorch is still bugged. Any combination of empire units and dark side clones with Lord Vader in the lead and Appo in the accompanying spot grants nightfall and dramatic entrance, when scorch isn’t present.
