Friday (5 december) i bought the BB-8 lightspeed bundle and i got crystals instead. I instantly contacted EA help which was already very difficult to talk to a real person and not a bot. Only yesterd...
For the people in the future with the same problem: i received the contents of the LSB i purchased after about 4 days, they kindly helped me further and even let me keep the crystals i received. so in the end it was a win. i recommend you go to the in game EA help tab there they will help you.
