I have been having a problem with green gems…

In my gems, I am having a problem …everywhere else I see my green gems going us (right now it is 10,200) but on the page where I cash in to buy something, it shows that I only have 200.
No more, no less.
I have a iPad series 9, running iPadOS18.2.1 (though this has been happening since I got the game, which was 18.0.
