I haven’t received the correct amount of ability modules from coliseum

I have been participating in all the marquee events and episode passes as well as all of coliseum and am now on level 7. Unlocked maul hate-fueled at 4 stars today but I cannot upgrade him past level 52 due to lack of mk5 cresh ability modules. This must be a mistake from not receiving event rewards or coliseum rewards as other f2p accounts have been able to level him up to 70 on unlock, but I am missing the modules. Additionally, I have sufficient amounts of all other ability modules, and to buy the modules from the store would be around 8000 crystals. Since I have been participating in all events and I do not think all other f2p accounts have spent 8000 crystals, i can infer that I must not have got the correct amount from an event, and would just like my missing ability modules
