I haven't receive conquest milestone reward

Hello,

Since this morning, I’ve launched the game many times, but I still haven’t received the reward. All of my guild members have already gotten theirs. My code is 572-114-124. Could someone please help me? Thanks in advance!

Clue: When I heard there was a reward this morning, I launched the game right away, but I couldn’t log in—I don’t know why. I had to reinstall the game on my iPhone to fix the issue. After that, I couldn’t find the reward in my inbox. The reward never showed up in my incoming messages.

Kinda curious as well..I never got the notification that I got the rewards but I am kinda sure I got at least the stranger shards, but I am almost sure I didn’t get the other shards cause there was no ssc…and as said no ingame post that I got them

Same problem didn't have the reward yet, no problem to log in the game, I have just reinstall the game too. No more results. I'm on android here. (895-394-748).
