I haven't recieved the BKM LSB after a week

Hello,

I bought the Bo Katan Mandalor light speed bundle from the in game shop nearly a week ago and I have not recieved any of the items or characters that I should have gotten for my 40 dollar purchase! I have tried reaching out through in game support but I have been left unanswered for several days now. I have done everything to try and get it back: restore purchases, reset my game, check the inbox over and over again, and talked to support, but nothing has happened and I just want my items at this point. I have also confirmed the the transaction was completed via virtual receipt, as well as the fact that I don't have the option to try and buy it again in the in game store. Is there any way I can get the stuff I paid for.
