I want Transfer galaxy of heroes from one iPad to a new one?
just need to learn how to transfer my existing game from my wife mini IPad to me new IPad Air which I picked up to enjoy this game in all its glory

If you have iCloud on your apple device than you should be able to just go to the app store and download the app on your new device and everything should be there. You might have to log into your EA account for the app. If you don't have iCloud, you should be able to download the app if you're using the same apple account on both devices and log into your EA account.
This actually requires that you have an Apple Game Center Account and that you store the game data in Game Center. Once you sign in to the other iPad with your iCloud (Apple ID) account you can now access the game where you left off on the other iPad. It will prompt you to load the Game Center stored game so any local play started on the new device would be overwritten.
