IG 88 sienar holo projector bug issue

For the third time now I've lost 30 MK 3 Arakyd droid caller salvage components to make mk 2 sienar holo projector. It seems to be a glitch only with IG 88. I've posted about it before and no response. 200+ crystals lost for farming these and 3 daily challenges lost for nothing. Please help and fix this! I can't lvl him up anymore

Farmed over 10+ MK III to convert them to MK III Arakyd droid caller and once converted it said "client must be restarted" once restarted I lost both of my Arakyd droid MK III to upgrade to MK 2 sienar holo projector.
This has been a issue not one not twice but three or more times. Specifically with this upgrade. I've attached screen shots but it was already to late as they were gone by the time I logged back in. Please help with this problem because I waisted over 280 energy points and about 300 crystals just to grab 10 of these to make 1 circuit.
