Ignoring my help request after error purchase

This is completely unacceptable. Ive been trying for a week now to get help with an issue and these advisors are useless. I purchased a stellar bounty pack. And purchase went to error.

I WAS charged

I did NOT recieve my purchase

Restore purchases does NOT work.

Dont know how to get order number 

And whats even worse. Is the people i was speaking to request i send a screenshot of the pack. Are these people stupid? When you buy a pack the pack disappears.

I am very frustrated as ive been trying a week. To be greeted with incompotence. And i have spent REAL money here.

They dont even care about your money anymore folks. They just send you to an AI advisor who has no clue.
