In Game tickets data not send

Hello everyone, 

I try to make an in game ticket with my date cause the support ask me to do this, but EACH TIME i want to do this, they say me this is not an In Game ticket.

I drive me absolutely crazy. And, like they are idiot like oyster, when i told them they repeat me like idiot again and again how to proceed.

Can someone help me on this ? I've tried to do this via Samsung Internet, Google Chrome. One month ago it has worked sometimes, but for a week, all the ticket i make don't succeed. I really don't understand.

I around 20 tickets done maybe more.
