@Spacebar_is_jump No, I did not. It’s related to error code 9. The thing is your UI shows more tickets than you actually have according to devs logs. If you try to collect the 84 tickets milestone, for example, and you have 84 tickets sharp, an error will pop up and the app will crash (you won’t be able to collect rewards). Therefore, if you met red crest requirements with just 630 tickets, means you haven’t truly met the 630 milestone according to devs logs.
I don’t know how it happened, maybe I got one feat but server-side didn’t save my progress. That’s the way my logic try to explain me what happened.
Maybe you’re lucky, but the help received from this forum is really poor, like they aren’t willing to help me because “they keep data from logs for a limited time and now it’s to late to double-check or investigate this”… note that I wrote my first post a day after receiving the GC rewards and got a reply 3 weeks later. I’d love to speak to someone in charge or fill a formal complain but they keep ignoring me.
