Incorrect conquest rewards

Just as an FYI i got this from them in the last few days. Ive asked them to double confirm it, but i think their silence on any follow up says more.

Can’t even say I’m surprised. I bet they aren’t even actually “investigating.” They’re all talk and are only trying to placate us with empty words. EA did the same thing during the Apex Final Fantasy crossover earlier this year. People paid for loot boxes that were already priced higher than any other loot box ($10 per) and there was a major issue with people not getting their loot boxes. When asked if they would do anything they said they’d investigate but would not be informing any of the players of what they found and that we should follow them on twitter.

The worst part is they're starting a new conquest without fixing the bug.

I would suggest no one buys conquest pass as you'll o lt get screwed over again.

@EA_Gunner any update? Its now over 2weeks with no real acknowledgement. 

As I assume if this isn't fixed its likely to happen again this conquest?

I assume you recommend no one buys the conquest pack until this is fixed?

I just wa t to say, 2weeks late, but I just recieved me red crate thanks.

I also just got my rewards. Thank you! Probably could have saved a headache though if you’d let us know you were actually trying to help us instead of radio silence. Still, it’s appreciated to get a resolution!
