What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug I participated in all 3 rounds of this Grand Arena, but the last attack phase only lasted 8 hours. In the last 10 minutes I attacked a couple of teams, earning Banners, but when the phase ended, I already had 2 messages saying that I had not participated, and my placement earned me One credit in rewards. Eight minutes later, I received two more messages, with the accurate banner count, but still only One credit in rewards.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

@Ninewt Had this issue as well, not fun. Was counting on these rewards as my opponent would have been easily defeated. Very frustrating I expect at least 1000 crystals for this, CG is slacking

I had the same issues, even after a secondary bug I had wheere my opponent was awarded free banners (people besides myself have also reported this).
I went on to be in a position to win 1087 - 851 or so - but then the game bugged out even further as described by the following: skipped to the end of Round #2 (with no rewards), immediately began Round #3 attack phase which then ended 40mins later (see second screenshot, reward was 1 credit.
Obvious bug throughout servers - expect lots of crystals + zeta mats as compensation considering I won all three battles.....

Same issue as well. Attack phase only lasting a few hours and message with a 1 credit reqard.

I have the same issue. Half an hour ago I launched the game and saw the next message. My ally code is 155-647-867

  The one credit reward is a placeholder, as they need to assign a reward to shut down the event.
